We at the Warriors Walk have a desire to make the Walk an experience of healing and remembrance for every participant and supporter involved. We are proud to announce that every family has the option to have their Veteran, who has been lost to suicide, memorialized along the Memorial Mile on the day of the Ruck March. The Warriors Walk has partnered with Advantage Wood Designs in New Lenox to have their Veteran’s name, rank, and branch of service, displayed on a wooden 1’x18” American Flag. The cost to the Family is $35.00 dollars and payable through this submission form. See below for terms and details.

The Memorial Flag program is not designed for raising funds towards Veteran’s suicide prevention. The Warriors Walk does not profit in any way from the Memorial Flag program and all forms of payment go directly to Advantage Wood Designs LLC. The flag will be shipped too, held, and maintained by the Warriors Walk for the annual placement along Old Plank Road Trail or any future events that would be proper for respectfully displaying the Veteran’s Memorial Flag. Any purchaser has the right to request the flag back from the Warriors Walk at any time and for any reason. Any damage to a flag that makes it unserviceable while in Warriors Walk possession will be immediately taken out of service. The purchaser will be given the option to take possession of the unserviceable flag and the Warriors Walk will replace the flag at no additional cost to the family. By submitting the application above, you are stating that you are a direct family member of the Veteran and have expressed consent from all parties who have a vested interest to the Veteran in order to apply for this program.
The Warriors Walk will do its best to verify that all information is accurate upon receipt of application. The Warriors Walk is not a government agency nor do we have any third party agreements to determine the accuracy of the information being submitted. The Warriors Walk is not financially responsible for any grammatical errors, misinformation, or request for change to the flag after production is completed. The Warriors Walk has the sole right to take the Memorial Flag out of service for any substantiated disputes that may arise from the Veteran’s Memorial Flag being produced or displayed.
