Academic Contest Program

Since 2022, the Warriors Walk has hosted a yearly design contest with high school students for the upcoming year’s annual T-shirt. The Warriors Walk selects the winning student(s)’ design and awards them with a $500.00 academic prize. We then partner with a professional graphic company that will enhance the student’s design for that year’s final product. The Warriors Walk is proud to announce that this contest has grown to school district-wide among the Lincoln Way School District 210 Digital Arts Department. We use this contest as a platform to connect directly with students (and future Veterans) to raise awareness for Veteran suicide. The Warriors Walk would like to give a special thanks to the School Principals of Lincoln Way West, East, and Central for allowing us to host this program at their institutions.
